1. SAP BASIS – Project Name: Global Green- Support.
• Understanding the Client requirements and providing best support to their business process.
• Support and troubleshoot the incidents/tickets received in the service now tool within the SLA timeframe.
• Interacting with business users daily to solve their issues pertaining to the Incident Tickets (Severity 3 & 4) raised by them.
• Handling of issues identified and extremely critical by the business-like Priority 1, 2.
• I analyze issues, talk to users and make sure to resolve the issues.
